「No evening restaurant was a bit inconvenient The only real issue is there is only parking for about 7 cars which has to be prebooked and nothing tells you when booking on the site So we had to find on street parking some way away.」

Having booked 2 double rooms we were given a suite and a double room - but the suite had no hot water so everyone had to use the other bathroom. The location was great and parking easily available. Beds were quite comfortable.」

「First time staying in this hotel and was not disappointed room was clean and tidy breakfast was excellent along with the staff who were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble would not hesitate in staying again only problem was parking but overall had a most enjoyable 3days .」

Only thing I would suggest is that the £13 for breakfast for the continental was a bit high especially for my dad as he only had a bowl of cereal, there was a good selection though. 「I loved that old cottage and am glad it is in good use. It's nicely furnished and the village where it is situated is delightful. Two negatives were the dog smell in the lounge and poor state of plants in pots. While the dog smell is probably unavoidable as dogs are allowed, the dead plants brought about a depressing impression.
