"We had a perfect stay. The place just opened and everything was super new. Just take care by choosing your room. The room we booked was without proper window, this was not mentioned on the hotels.com platform at the time we made our booking. The staff was very supportive and as other rooms were available we could move to a super nice room with a balcony. We needed to pay for the upgrade, but the amount was super fair. We definitely would come back and fully recommend the hotel."

We had a balcony with a view of the Piazza Garibaldi so a lovely place to sit out on & enjoy the view. "The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very nice, the only thing is that everything can be heard from one room to another if the next room is open. close to them you can even hear the sounds of the coat racks in the close all the conversations the bathroom the shower drains all the water even outside you have to dry the floor every time you take a bath localisasio. "The room was decent enough. I had an issue. My wife forgot to add my child onto the room so we had to pay Double the price for the room which I felt was slightly unfair and unscrupulous. They told us they were fully booked and then when I agreed to pay double price magically a room appeared so apart from the greetings of the Management I think it’s a decent hotel. Good location but sure no match for a Hilton I wouldn’t do it again though. "
