"Check-in was easy. Room was nice - the 3-person room was a little smaller than expected. No issues with shared bathroom. It was nice to have a separate toilet. We never waited to shower or use bathroom. Sink in the room was helpful. It wasn’t clear that if we wanted fresh towels to leave them on the floor. Washcloths would’ve been great. Water carafe in room was nice touch. Staff was very nice except for Faisal who didn’t like us being in the dining room in the evening. Mac was awesome! The hotel was in a quiet area and easy to get to. We loved it! "
"The staff were gracious enough to upgrade me to a room with a balcony - which made the stay all so memorable. The location is perfect - 5min walk from the train station, near Old Town and the main city centre. The room may be a little small but suited me as a solo traveller. "
