"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. The location is on the main drag which is nice. But it should be 1/2 the...

"Conveniently located by Nagano Station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Storage lockers available before check in and after check out. They offer a free donut on check in. Prepaid breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the street. You pick your own amenities downstairs.

"Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. "

"Room is clean, the double room is not big but acceptable, location is great as its just across the JR station.
Dormy Inn is always one of our go to hotel around Japan, we love their breakfast and not forgetting their complimentary onsens, supper, ice-cream, etc. "
"Stayed 3 nights in an executive room on the 10th floor. It was clean, spacious, and with a good view of the station and the mountains. Will stay again."
"Only 5-7mins walk to Nagano St. Many options of dining restaurants around hotel and station. They provided all amenities which we needed very complete, there were (if i m not mistaken) 4 or 5 coins-laundry machine with its dryer near lobby/receiptionist area on the Ground/1st floor. We really had wonderful 4 night-stays here! "
