"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services....

"Room was fine. Photo of pool is misleading: it’s really only long enough for maybe two strokes. Problem is entry: emailed instructions only in Portuguese, and chat support was wholly incapable of assisting. Took me one hour to finally receive instructions. One afternoon three separate parties lined up outside each trying to get their front door access codes to work. Will avoid Charlies from now on. Room fine but not worth the hassles."

"It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well. It's not just about the price, just the principle. Otherwise our stay was ok."

"Prédio novo, apartamento funcional e bem distribuído, rua tranquila e com facilidades comerciais. Boa comunicacao com a plataforma de gestao do apartamento. O reconhecimento facial falhava algumas vezes mas a portaria resolvia bem rápido. Recomendo."

My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english...
