Quarto ótimo, com tudo o que precisa, microondas, geladeira , fogão, cafeteira e sanduicheira. Bem aconchegante e bem localizado, não é muito longe da estação de metrô. Super fácil e seguro a entrada no apartamento com sistema de reconhecimento facial e porta do quarto com senha. O detalhe foi apenas a limpeza que na minha visão poderia estar melhor, mas super recomendo !

De médio para baixo. Pode melhorar.

Teve vários problemas. Ambiente muito frio. Não havia uma vedação adequada. Fogão parava de funcionar. Baixo fluxo de água da pia (fui avisado antes). Por outro lado, o apartamento tinha uma boa limpeza. E o acesso foi muito fácil.

Bom, mas precisa de suporte.

A estrutura do apartamento é ótima, mas falta alguns itens básicos para quem vai precisar usar a cozinha, como pano de prato, por exemplo. Além disso, não tem nenhum suporte presencial, tudo é remoto e em horário comercial, ou seja, se você tiver problemas durante a noite/madrugada, não tem ninguém pra ajudar, isso é bem complexo. Mas no geral, minha estadia foi boa.
