It is a little far from the center of Sao Paulo, but the hotel is clean and the staff are all kind and polite. The breakfast was delicious and it was a satisfying stay. I will use it again.

Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful modern and everything you need. Hotel is gorgeous and modern. Pool and spa is a dream. Restaurant is fantastic and executive lounge is absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view. Close to a magnificent shopping mall and in a great location. Absolutely was the best JW we have ever stayed at. This will be our always place when visiting São Paulo.

We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane. We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel.

The location is not the best, traffic-wise. The area is safe, and the hotel needs to check how to order Ubers there; it is pretty annoying that Uber keeps changing the pickup area. The staff is nice but needs to be faster and pay more attention to customers and details - Front Desk and Restaurant as well. The cleaning staff is great and pays a lot of attention to detail.

Built initially by The Four Seasons Hotel chain, this is a beautiful property with high quality design and decor elements. But the wear and tear is already visible in the wall paper, wall corners and edges where luggage and other things are bruising the paint and stucco, even stains in the room's furniture as well as noisy mini bar fridges.
