The staff mentioned they had a lot of late check outs and not enough staff to clean the rooms, so we ended up checking in until almost 5 PM instead of 3:30 PM when we originally arrived. Then we asked about late check out, since we wanted to compensate for the late check-in and again were told there was not enough staff and too many check-ins for us to do that.
