「Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. 「We stayed at a very quaint cabin, it was quiet aside from the birds & animals sounds which was perfect. Felt like we were so close to nature. It was a great escape from our bustling noise from Las Vegas. They have amenities that would be good for summer. We can’t wait to go back again in the future.」
