「First rate accommodations with the infinity pool a special blessing in the July heat. Marigold was great, as always.」

「Friendly professional staff. The. Breakfast at Mac’s was wonderful.」

「很舒适的酒店，就是不知那里的位置为什么好？」

「Took forever for hot water to come out of the faucets. The building was a maze with no signage. Breakfast was indifferent.」

「Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.」

「I really like this inn, very clean and quiet 」

「Charming B&B that has lots of nice touches. Wide staircase marked well so you don't trip. Well decorated rooms with luggage rack, multiple mirrors and tons of pillows on the bed. Everything was thought of, including extra towels, snacks, and even place cards at breakfast. Be aware that the rooms only lock from the inside, meaning you cannot lock your room while you are out for the day/evening.」

「The arrangement of handicapped bathroom especially its door was cumbersome also there was only one sink outside the toilet/shower area and it was a very small closed in area. There were many helpful rails to help maneuver into the tub and toilet.」

「We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.」
