"First of all, the room is very nice and clean. Prefer location for Alishan adventure. All the staffs are very friendly and sweet. However, there’s few things that happened with their customer services. I wish there’s better communication. After all, They did offered a small discount to made it up for me. Overall, I had good experience with my visit. "

"The hotel is so old and smelly, I would rate it as a 1 star. Not even offering body lotion. We paid over $850 a night. It’s total ripoff!"

"Really lovely spacious hotel with great staff and a convenient location. You can also sit around the large restaurant area when it's closed and use their tables to eat."

"The rooms were large and comfortable with desk and lounge type seating. The bathroom was large but the space around the sink was quite tight. My main issue was how hard the mattress is. I would have slept much better if the mattress was softer or if the hotel offered a topper to soften the mattress for those that need it. "
