"Nice view, helpful and friendly staff"

"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. Ich konnte meine Tasche auch da lassen, weil ich noch einen Abstecher zu den Reisterrassen geplant hatte. Das Zimmer war sauber, das wifi gut, das Wasser warm - was möchte man mehr im zentralen Guilin :)."
