Beside that, it was clean, cute, at 20 minutes by foot to the central place, the man who welcomed us was kind, proactive, and helpful. 「The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to...

「The apartment is on the 3rd floor without lift. Household equipments are good, have air-conditioner and heater. 5 mins walk to the closest bus station to old town or city centre. We usually walk to the old town by foot, take 20mins. There is a small supermarket nearby the apartment and take about 10 mins walk.」
