Comfy and great food

We had a wonderful stay! We ate dinner at the pizzeria and it was delicious, and breakfast in the morning was amazing! The room was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again!

The owner was the best part - friendly, attentive and thorough. Cooked a delicious breakfast that’s worth the extra fee. The guesthouse itself is charming, spacious and clean bathroom and bedroom was decently sized. Would recommend to others.

Great place to stay

Lovely place, room was huge with balcony and great view of the mountains. All the staff were attentive and Francki worked his socks off. Dinner was very nice and breakfast was amazing! Definitely recommend. Half an hour from the airport.

Quaint country inn

Quaint country inn in an adorable town with a pizzeria and bar. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The manager and restaurant server are friendly and helpful with great English speaking ability. I recommend this place for a quiet and safe stay.

Very pleasant Slovenian hotel with pizza restaurant well regarded by locals. I had the best room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. It is easy distance from the supermarket and there is a good selection of restaurants. Everything is affordable so no surprises.

Pricing could be more transparent, but good value

Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, view was beautiful, and late-night check-in was really convenient. The property is close to the bus terminal for reaching Logar Valley, as well as Kamnik-Graben station for getting to Ljubljana. Not a big deal but we were charged a city tax that was listed nowhere online when booking. While complying with laws is important, this should be noted on the site so that there are no unexpected charges upon checking in.

Historic inn

We were the only guests at that time since it was a holiday for the inn. Short staffed but the son of the inn keeper went above and beyond to provide good service. We enjoyed our room and the use of spacious dinning area. Regrettably when we left, my friend backed up and smashed the rental car bumper into the flower pot. Inn owner demanded us to pay €80......which was an extortion!

Six-day visit to Kamnik

Very comfortable and lovely guest house in Kamnik, close to everything. Breakfast is made to order, and excellent. Parking is easy and close by, as is the train station if needed. The restaurant is very good, but limited to pizza and salads. Only minor issue was WiFi on the top floor was weak and dropped in/out. Suggest you add a WiFi booster to the top floor, and possibly a shelf along the window in the bathroom to place things. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

One of the BEST in the area

I truly loved my stay at Pri Caesarju! The room was great and very comfortable. And it was very quiet although in a busy part of town. The restaurant was GREAT! Breakfast was very complete. I ate lunch and dinner there many times during my week long stay because both the pizzas and salads were excellent. I even brought friends there and everyone loved it, The location was great. Very walkable to everything and everywhere in Kamnik (I was there attending a convention held at the Monastery). Much thanks to Franci who provides excellent and dedicated service 7 days a week!!

OK but basic

Owner is friendly, I arrived at 11:00 pm (a bit late) but he woke up and greeted me nicely. Parking is available. However, room was tiny, bad was single bad (not double, as booked), A/C did not work (needed only last day), also no hot water on last day. Owner apologized that it happened due to renovation of pizzeria which was also closed throughout my stay. It was all in all affordable and OK, perhaps I was just unlucky.

Nice location, not easy for tall people

This place is a nice location--at the north end of town, above a pizza restaurant! The pizza at the restaurant is good, and the room was nice, too. The room was small and the roof slanted on one side so as tall people, we were limited to how much we could move around in it. We hit our heads a few times. But, it was clean, comfortable, and made it easy to walk a few minutes into town for coffee or groceries.
