Location Location Location. This is close to the bridge so easy access to everything you want to do esp if you want to watch the Matterhorn sunrise in Zermatt. Also shops are just there. Its not that noisy bc thats not a thing in Switzerland. Our heaters worked but we opened the windows still to get some air. The breakfast is also good. The lady was welcoming and smiling. Breakfast at the hotel helps esp if you are on a budget. Its 7-9 be on time. They are always on time here. They have cold cuts, cereals and breads. I liked it. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but the room did what it supposed to for us. I want to be close to the action on a budget. I highly recommend if you are a couple travelling on a budget and always on the move to see the sites conveniently.

The place is in a good location BUT they charged me twice. I was supposed to pay at the property but they billed it to my other credit card on file with Expedia and then said it wasn't paid and I paid it again with the right card.. Then when I asked for a credit .. they have done one(not come through into my account yet) but my bank has charged me $20 (11chf) international fee. I will probably be charged as well when the refund comes in. So if it says for guest to PAY at HOTEL they shouldn't just go ahead and charge it. I wanted to pay with my travel card in Swiss currency and it has now cost me extra money

The room is very clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. Large luggage can be a challenge. Breakfast is wonderful and fresh. Overall, the hotel is wonderful for traveler on a budget.

朝食付のお宿に出会えてラッキー！そして部屋からはマッターホルンを見ててこれも最高でした！！ あと唯一デメリットになるのは、水圧は熱いお湯を出すほど弱くなります。 それ以外は部屋はあたたかく、清潔でとても快適でした。大きなスーツケースをお持ちの方は階段で持ち上げていくことになるから女性は特に気をつけて下さい。かなり狭い階段でした。

No lift. Heater not working. Pillow flat and strong smell of softener (maybe to cover the awful smell of old pillows eeeeeewww!. Make so much money frm the high price charged but can’t even change the pillows to make it more comfortable for guests. Noisy place can’t sleep. Overpriced. We can stay at 6 star hotel fr the price paid in this village. Simply unpleasant.
