"A basic hotel in a very convenient location in Zermatt. Tucked away from the main street. Many restaurants nearby. Room is basic of adequate size. Nice balcony , but adjacent to others so limited privacy. Breakfast was good with standard options. Dior at front desk was kind, friendly and accommodating. A credit to the hotel. A great, low cost option in central Zermatt."

"Convenient, clean, good kitchen area. I stayed in the shared female dorm. Each person gets a bunk and a small locker. The room could use curtains around the bunks and places to sit. There’s also only one bathroom, sink, and shower per floor, so that can get tricky. Also maybe this is the paranoid American in me, but the women’s dorm is nearly ground-level, and the huge windows (without screens) are such that if someone wanted to jump in from off the street, they could. That made me a bit uneasy, but maybe that’s not a big concern here."

"The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing."
