「Kitchen and parking both very good」

「My five star rating is based on the rental being an exceptional value at the rate I paid (the rate I found on Expedia). Our suite was a plain but super comfortable one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living area, plenty of storage space. The location is extremely convenient, and it was very clean. 」

「This motel is an original from the 50's or 60's. I would not say it has been renovated, it has been updated and merticusly maintained over the years. The ambience is truly retro. In an instant I recognized this is a loved family owned property.」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Had a lovely stay at the Berkshires Untold! We checked in late and the staff reached out to confirm our arrival time and accommodated us without issue. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous and this renovated motel was very well done. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pits outside but they looked cozy. We also did not have any food or beverage. The room was perfect for two of us, had all the basic amenities and was charming. Overall had a very pleasant stay! 」

「Coffee maker looks like it has mold inside 」

「I would stay again and it is now on my “overnight list” as I head to the Whites in New Hampshire. I was in a room facing Route 43. I could hear traffic and an undisciplined dog that barked frequently; I have learned as I travelto bring along a small fan, and I used that to sleep, and it was able to drown out the sounds. I slept perfectly. I was not expecting the high quality of food that is served. I had a very delicious dinner. 」
