「This is a lonely, fairly small hotel. We stayed in the Panorama Suite which was really spacious, impressive and comfortable with great views. This is a great hotel to be near the zell am see slope, walking distance to rental shops and the slope. The breakfast was nice, although the restaurant is quite small and it does get very busy with everyone wanting to hit the slopes in the morning. There is space at the hotel to store ski equipment, although it is limited and if you stay or later you're...

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」
