「Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. 「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all.
