Great place but uncomfortably warm

The hotel has great facilities and is excellently located. Also very friendly staff. Our issue was a lack of AC and fans, which meant the rooms and reception areas were all uncomfortably hot (we were visiting during 25-30 degrees celsius temperatures in August). The place felt like a heat trap. It meant one of the key elements of a hotel (sleep) was not achievable.

2 gode nætter i Zell am See

Vi havde to gode nætter på Hotel Neue Post i sommerferien. Vi fik et nyrenoveret værelse som var blevet rigtig flot. Hotellet har en god beliggenhed. Servicen er i top, og maden er udemærket. Vi spiste både morgenmad og aftensmad på hotellet.

Familjeresa till Zell an see. Valde hotellet för poolen vilken var bra. En lägenhet med ett sovrum och en dubbelsäng i stora rummet. Enkelt kök med kokplatta och kylskåp passade os som lagade mat hemma ibland.

Hotell rett ved torvet i Zell am See

Meget sentralt hotell i typisk alpestil. Store rom (vi hadde suite for 4 personer). Hyggelig betjening med god service. Bra frokost med glutenfritt brød. Parkering 50 meter unna i felles garasjeanlegg. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Hotel Neue Post is a great located hotel in middle of Zell am See, which made it a great center for activities. It service level, great pool, friendly staff is worth to recommend for future travellers.

Blandet oplevelse.

Pænt rent og fint værelse. Men ikke 1900 euro værd for en uge. Vi fik tildelt et værelse ud til vejen som fører igennem byen, trafik larmede 24/7. Selv når vi lukkede døre og vinduer trængte trafikstøjen ind, da døre ikke lukkede tæt. Vi skrev dette i en anmeldelse vedrørende vores check-in. For mig er det underligt at man “parkere” en familie med to små børn og en gravid, længst væk fra faciliteterne , Parkering muligt i nabokælder mod betaling på 14 euro pr dag- næsten en rejse i sig selv. Poolen var fin og hyggelig, men både inde og udespa var kold. Vi rejste 3 dage før tid, på grund af larmen fra gaden- det gav stress. Man må påregne at betale ekstra hvis man bruger køkkenet i lejligheden/værelset- dette gebyr blev vi dog ikke pålagt selvom.

Beautiful stay in a lovely hotel

We had a great family stay in Zell am See. Beautiful town with beautiful surroundings. We had a very pleasant stay in our apartment at the hotel. It was clean and the staff were great. Had a nice swimming pool and excellent spa facilities. We had breakfast one morning. It was okay. The toiletries provided could be improved.

Corona passé!

Es war die erste Post-Corona-Reise - man konnte die Verunsicherung überall merken, sowohl bei den Gästen als auch den Gastgebern; Nichtsdestotrotz genossen wir einen unbeschwerten Tag, ein wunderbares Frühstück und kommen gerne wieder.

Super family hotel, right next to the slopes

Lovely hotel/apartment. We were in one of older apartments. The decor was traditional ski chalet style and very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of four. Staff were all very polite and friendly and there is an excellent bar area for chilling out after a day on the slopes. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the City Xpress gondola which was brilliant. The kids loved having the pool for a swim early evening, and spa area is lovely and spacious for all.

I enjoyed my four-night stay! The hotel itself is centrally located in beautiful Zell am See (about 300 meters from the train station, about 300 meters from the ski gondola), so everything is walkable. The breakfast was nice; the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly; the WiFi worked extremely well. I would gladly stay there again!

Vi kom fram sent och området utanför hotellet kändes lite skumt. Väl inne var allt trevligt och bra. Stort familjerum med sköna sängar. Dock hade lite mysbelysning inte skadat, taklampa eller släckt var det som fanns att välja på. Min sambo brände sig på kranen i duschen för att vattnet blev så varmt, det är lite läskigt om man inte är uppmärksam. Frukosten var okej, men inte så bra som vi hade hoppats på.

A nice family-friendly hotel in a very central location. Short walking distance to the ski lift and ski bus. Nice spa area and friendly service.
