Livingstone Lodge

"Leading up to our arrival, Livingstone Lodge sent a message about securing transportation since there is no Uber/Lyft service in Victoria Falls, just taxis. The standard rate to and from the airport was $30 USD and it was worth it. By the time we landed, our taxi driver who goes by "Knowledge," was already waiting for us in the arrival area. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, and getting breakfast included as part of our booking worked out great. Our housekeeper, Gamuchirai, was super kind and welcoming. It was also nice that the hotel didn't have a television, one less distraction."

"The only reason I cannot give this a 10 out of five dollar review is because the Plumbing bedroom needed new fixtures and hot water was very limited. This could be an isolated incident because otherwise the place was magical. Breakfast is good, check-in was easy, everyone was nice. It was super clean in the grounds well-maintained. Location was 10 out of 10. Bar staff excellent."

"We stayed in 1 day in July 2026. Beautiful location & very clean. We stayed in deluxe family 2 bedroom apartment and everything is absolutely fantastic. Nothing to complain. Staff, area, cleanseness, room sizes amazing."

"We had a short stay but the rooms and space were beautiful and clean. Dick, our main contact for the house, was incredible helpful and got us in touch with a wonderful taxi driver, who helped us all weekend. WiFi was a little limited, so I'd recommend having a different plan for any flight check-ins but everything else was wonderful!"

"When we first arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff. As we got to know the staff, we learned they are very accommodating and friendly. We kept hearing the slogan, The facilities are very clean and well maintained. We had early excursions in the morning before breakfast time is served. The staff were so kind to prepare us packaged breakfast to take to-go. The grounds including the pool and garden are beautiful. We even had the opportunity to speak to the owner, who is very kind and considerate. We enjoyed our stay and happy the management and staff treat their guest like family. We booked the family room which is 2 conjoined rooms, that makes up one individual bungalow dwelling, this offered us ample space for a family travelling with young children. We kept hearing the slogan "Visit Zimbabwe and experience our Hospitality." The Zimbabwe hospitality was felt at Kasambabezi."

"Rooms are clean. Staff are kind and polite. Nice national park view. Is you want somewhere quiet , the safari club is the place to be. I liked the idea the idea of not having a television In the room. This is deliberate so one can have a quiet time. It’s so relaxing. "
