"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"The only thing I would say is that not accepting cash for drinks etc wasn't great as some ppl take a certain amount of cash to spread over their break so only accepting cards was a bit of stress."

"Good property overall. Nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. My only peeve was (baring in mind I arrived very late that night) housekeeping came to clean the room at about 9am, it was no later than 9:30am. This is fine for some but if not ready at that time then you miss the opportunity for the whole day. "

"Spacious as compared to standard European hotel rooms. Helpful staff and pretty good selection at breakfast buffet. Renovation going on and sometimes hammering and sawing sound can be heard. There are three elevators but waiting time is relatively long. Overall, good value for the price. "
