"Never disappointed when I stay at the Rove. Very clean, great location, excellent pool, gym and food. Grocery store right in the lobby even. The room was clean and an excellent view. The wifi was fast and easy to connect. Friendly staff thanks a lot I hope to be back :)"

"Rooms are super dated and in need of upgrade Shower head was clogged Pipes sprayed water everywhere Hair dryer but no plug near any mirrors They charge for faster wifi like its 2005 ! Regular wifi keeps getting disconnected You go in expecting Ritz experience but the property is sadly very disappointing Staff are nice and friendly though But the rooms feel like you are back in the 80’s "

"I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired...."
