OYO in my opinion is a good budget option in Yuma. Staff was friendly and accommodated my late check in. Room was averagely clean. A/C worked great-which the s a must in that area. Lot of drywall repairs, etc. that one might expect in this price range. Rooms/suites are private. Property was quiet. A little farther from Airport than I anticipated, but not their fault at all. (I would recommend a cab.) Area seemed safe for being centrally located. Thank you for your hospitality!!?

went to the office window at 4PM checkin day(said ring the bell)....no one there waited a good 15 minutes....nobody showed up drove around the parking lot....trash everywhere didn't seem like a motel ... but an apartment where people live... Scary....didn't feel safe...left I wouldn't stay there even if it was free.. Beware

Got the property, paid for my room then once I got inside the room was nothing like the pictures, the area around my he room was trashy, the windows didn’t lock shut and I ended up seeing roaches so I decided to pack my bag and leave immediately.

Filthy place-paid 2 nights left after 1 and no refund. This place was not what your ad shows. There was one facecloth-mud in the shower not a chair in the room-no coffee pot, not even a cup. I took pictures. We’ve stayed in many low budget hotels but this one is the absolute worst one. Just a horrible place inside and out. The next room had a box spring for a door. Unbelievable!!!!!

It's just so dirty. The mattress is so crappy, I think a big person has slept on it. The curtains are broken. The parking is all random. There are cockroaches. There are a lot of flies. I've stayed in over 100 motels, and this one is the worst.

Nice ,clean linens

The bed was great, clean white cotton sheels and towels. The owners are in process of upgrading but the rugs was dirty we wore our shoes continually. The bedding/ bed was the best part of our stay.

Sorry but let’s just say this was not what we expected from this so called OYO Hotel, we couldn’t stay not even overnight. Hopefully management pays attention to fix this place to make it more acceptable. Front desk lady was nice 😊

Ok for a quick overnight stay

The room was spacious and the wall A/C unit was working well in my room. Had a ceiling fan, large refrigerator, microwave, and sink. All were in working condition The drawback was that the room (and property in general) was very shabby. Not a pretty place, but for a traveller looking for a clean-ish place to sleep and shower and go, it was suitable and reasonably priced.

This hotel was extremely unprofessional with a dirty lobby that’s full of boxes and tool equipment, when I had the front desk show me the room before I stayed in it the tv was busted there was screws on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting on top of that i demanded a refund because I wasn’t gonna stay in the room and I never signed the no refund slip and they still wouldn’t refund me even tho I didn’t stay their, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
