"Great staff, great amenities, and great location!"

"The staff are young and energetic. You can tell they enjoy working here with each other. Room and bathroom were clean and impressive. "Welcome drink", coffee machine and other amenities were appreciated. Six laundry machines across three floors, drying cycle takes a lot longer for some clothes so bring plenty of coins because they cost money. TV shows you the laundry status remotely which is cool. The area took some getting used to, but there are some wonderful places to eat and be entertained. Recommend restaurants on floor 4 below the hotel. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean; all necessary amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush with toothpaste,etc) are provided and if you should need other amenities like hairbrush, shaver, face mask, body lotion, moisturiser, serum, extra pillows, pyjamas, etc., you can get them from the reception area. Free buffet style simple breakfast is good n besides hot coffee n tea, there are also quite a few types of cold drinks available. After breakfast hours, the free flow beverages and drinks are available from 3pm till 9pm. Better still, there is a cocktail hour from 6pm to 9pm daily where you can chill out at the dining area with free flow alcoholic drinks (gin, whisky, vodka, red wine, plum wine, jap sake etc), cocktails and mocktails that you can make for yourself with the ingredients and menu provided. You can also enjoy a relaxing onsen located on 3rd floor of the hotel. In conclusion, this hotel takes really good care of its guests. There are also many eateries, shops, family marts, and malls nearby the hotel and its just a 2 minute walk to Akabane station. The hotel's location is great. Travelling to shinjuku, shibuya, tokyo station, Ginza, and other parts of tokyo city has been a breeze on JR and metro lines. I would definitely like to stay at this same hotel the next time I travel to Tokyo, Japan."

"I stayed here for about 1 week on a solo trip through Tokyo. The room was small but I really enjoyed the cleanliness and quality, and all of the staff i interacted with were very kind and professional! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I return to Japan!"

"Room was very good. This was my first stay in Japan as a first time go-er. I have never seen a Hotel where you check in by submitting a online form to access your room since it appears to be a staff-less building. They clean the room after your stay I believe. They give you codes for main door and lock box with the keys to your room. Still a great spot. Keep noise level in mind. The locals appreciate some silence. And it's right next to the Horikiri station so you can be on the go. Would I come back here? YES. 👍"
