"From the 7th floor lift, the place looks like someone just smoked half a box of cigars. Staff were pleasant and helpful/ responsive to questions. I recommend more generous toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, etc…Bathroom water does not cool down right away. I did not take breakfast because I needed it earlier—before 7 am. Overall, good, short stay."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful! The daily cleaning staff always make me feel warm and welcome. The overall facility is clean but needs some proper maintenance. The only downside during my stay was when ordering takeout, it cannot be delivered directly to my room, but overall it was a great experience!"

"The amenities and location were amazing. Having tea and snacks ready for you right as you walk in the door was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere. Despite being right next to a busy tourist area it was quiet and restful."

"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25 minutes. Overall, the room is spacious, clean, basic amenities, and a complimentary plate of whole fresh fruits. I didn’t order hotel breakfast as there are many places nearby for less expensive breakfast. Def would stay here again. Highly recommended."
