"Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay. I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay. The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal. Other than that, the trip was amazing! "

"Restaurant is great, though the dish ingredients may be different with what is on the menu, sometimes they can even miss 1 ingredient. I like the pickleball court very much, ocean beach is a bit far, need to take shuttle bus to go there"
