「Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value. The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room. TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels. The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable. Finally, and this is only a problem I guess with the current heatwave is that there was no air conditioning and the window had to be shut at night due to noise from other rooms. All in...

「Friendly enough gent once we found him to confirm our on-line booking & get key. Stairway up to the rooms in main building is very steep and narrow. With mobility issues priorly mentioned it was odd that they assuumed this would work...NOT! My wife nearly fell on 3 occasions. 「The property was easy to find with some decent parking. Once there I called the owner, Gaina and she provided the code for the key box. Once upstairs in the loft studio, I was amazed with the space and amenities on hand. On Gaina's advice, I went on an hour long walk near a local river and woodlands. There were plenty of dining options within a decent radius of distance. I had a great night's sleep and was welcomed with a fantastic variety for a continental breakfast to get the day started...

「We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. 「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」
