"Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

"Room was large, en suite, very clean, shower hot and with a strong flow. Bed very comfortable. TV a good size. Tea/Coffee facilities in room, along with a hair dryer, spare blanket (if needed) and clean towels. Room was airy, even on the hot day. Since it was a hot spell, the thick curtains were drawn in our room to keep the room cool, which was a nice welcomed touch. "Breakfast and evening meal was great, don't tend to eat in hotel restaurants but was really happy i did. Bed was really comfy and booked room specifically for the air con during the heatwave and it was freezing. I will definitely return when in Wales with work again."
