Honestly, this review should be a five out of five. However, the checking in process was unnecessarily overcomplicated. We had booked via Expedia and had a confirmation code with receipt. Upon check in, the reservation desk attendant told us there was an issue with our reservation and he could not release our room. He had informed us that we had to contact Expedia as they were the only ones who could control the reservation billing.
After an hour and a half of going back-and-forth with Expedia, a separate reservation desk attendant had come and was able to get us out room keysin under three minutes.
This was not on Expedia issue, this was the online software at the hotel issue.
This is likely a one time issue specific only to our reservation, however, we were not offered any compensation for the hour and a half issue.
