"Very clean and nice hotel with a great view. Staff very attentive and helpful. The staff assigned to the elevator area were very helpful in directing people traffic and always quick to offer a cheerful greeting. The staff in the porte cochere area were very friendly and helpful with assisting guests out of their vehicle and assisting guests in obtaining a taxi. The staff at the lobby restaurant was very courteous and accommodating. The server on our last day ensured that we got to eat our favorite dessert ! She remembered because since we ordered on our first day there and we just loved it! After that, each time we ordered it they ran out. But on the last day, she asked us if we wanted to order it. And she said that it was available!!! We were so HAPPY!!! GREAT HOTEL & GREAT STAFF !!!"
