Lovely room. Temperature just right. Bedding appropriate. Clean, spacious hotel with the added bonus of a pool! (Don’t forget to book your time though!) Five minute walk to York Castle Museum and not too much more to town centre. Highly recommend!

Staff were okay. The toilet in the room was a saniflow. Very strange. The water in the shower was not flowing well due to the saniflow. Floor was dirty as well. I would not be going back sorry.
