"Property location is 10/10, which is the best part about this hotel. The rooms are extremely tiny, no amenities, the elevator is very slow and requires a long wait most of the time. The breakfast is on the 27th floor which provides nice views, but the selection isn’t great and the coffee machine had the “needs cleaning light” on all week. Coffee was undrinkable. Overall the hotel is okay - location is awesome, but otherwise underwhelming. "

The condition did not match the photos shown during booking the room and facilities seemed worn and not very well maintained. Overall, the people and location were great, but the property itself didn’t meet expectations"
