"It’s my second year going back to this hotel , hotel staff was very nice and helpful plus they shuttle you to a train station and airport , the breakfast is always delicious and the restaurant there is also delicious I definitely recommend staying here"
"The check-in was efficient by machine. But because of this there is no information given about the room or breakfast, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Breakfast involves going outside around a walkway on the 2nd floor to the eaterie across the building and presenting the voucher to gain access to the buffet (which is also open to the public). The food was good however, with quite a lot of choice. The room was quite spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. The sink was in the bedroom itself. The hotel location is really close to the NW exit from Yokohama station, so it was easy to get to with suitcases. There are many restaurants and bars in the local area, but also quick trains to the harbour abd Chinatown."
"Staff, AC, and breakfast was excellent. However, we booked bay club room for 3 nights, breakfast was fine either at the lounge or downstairs buffet, the cocktail hour is a different story. Available non alcoholic drinks was excellent with many choices, but the food items at cocktail hour were exactly the SAME for all 3 nights. I would recommend changing at least one item for each night so that guest that are staying multiple nights won't get bored with cocktail hour food."
