"Unbeatable location, helpful staff, beautiful views to the city and a superb breakfast buffet. The only issue, which became quite a challenge, was that the currency exchange machine was not working. This was actually one of the reasons we chose the hotel, as we were counting on being able to exchange money there. I understand that things can happen, but it would have been helpful to have another option available when the machine was not working. I guess it would be best to arrive with some local currency or exchange money at the airport, as U.S. dollars are not accepted."

"I come to Shanghai at least once per year, and I always stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Daning. The property is excellent, with a wide selection of well-maintained rooms and suites. The staff is wonderful, oftentimes anticipating my needs well in advance. The facilities and amenities are top-notch and the value is terrific. I definitely look forward to my next visit."
