Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Generally, a very pleasant stay. Some details that need to be addressed: Only one night stand so inconvenient for person on other side of bed Conditioner bottle in shower contained shampoo- quite a surprise after using the shampoo from the correct bottle No luggage racks in room Need more hooks in bathroom- lots of empty space behind the door to install them. Hanging closet is crowded due to chest and safe stored in there."
