I had to wait for 45 minutes outside the building before tenants of other rooms offered help to call owner of the apartment. They could have told me to self pick up keys by letting me know the password with an email before hand. Very poor!」

「房型好、地點好、室內的置物空間也夠。 但無實體櫃檯，類似Airbnb，聯繫上依賴Mail。 屋內的鍋子鏟子都破舊，已經不堪使用，最好自己背一套。室外桌也破損，無法使用，維護的情況需大幅改善。」
