「Always a good experience. My door key stopped working at the start when i went back to my room at 2am and staff were quick to help me even with the late hour. 」

「The property is isolated & far from the shops but very relaxed. We came from a wedding event & drove back in the dark thru the winding road but it was a pleasant drive. You are in the heart of nature. Plenty of walking tracks. There's a water fall nearby. The Dandenong Botanical Garden is also close by (drive). We'll be coming back to this property time & again. Highly recommended 👌 」

「The air conditioner in RM224 doesn't work well, a cold first night. The hotel staff changed a room the day after. Hotel location is very good, near the restaurants, just 5 minutes' walk」
