"在Expedia 上找到這家溫泉酒店，圖文相符，非常讚！ 房間：大、乾淨、舒適、溫暖、安靜，窗外視野廣闊，看著河川上的白鷺絲、水鴨，還有還處的山和雲霧，心曠神怡。網路上看到的房間照片跟實物是一樣的讚。沒有提供咖啡或其他汽水飲料，但有好喝的綠茶和茶具，泡完溫泉喝熱茶正好。 浴室：一般的洗刷用品都有，護膚lotion齊全。 晚餐：共十道，由餐前開胃酒、刺身、冷盤到熱盤（豬肉小火鍋、黑毛和牛），最後有米飯和甜點，每一道菜好吃也好看，完美！ 早餐：除了一般酒店都有的西式早餐（沙律、面包蛋糕、咖啡、奶酪），還有傳統日式早餐：白飯+各式小伴菜，此外還有一盤好好看又好吃的精緻小菜，吃飽吃滿。 溫泉：室外的只有一個池，比較小，女士同時泡，又要彼此有點空間，6位就差不多了。室內的比較大，有三個池。泡完很舒服，皮膚有變滑～ 交通：地點雖離市區有些距離，但我們由福岡機場國內線北G出口坐15號巴士到Haki，不到一小時，在下車的地方轉乘41號市內巴士，坐4個站到「原鶴溫泉」站下車，走路10分鐘就到。"

"Very clean and neat with friendly staff. They were very willing to help out and respectful at all times. It seems the hotel is recently renovated so the room condition is modern and warm. At first it was a little hard to find since Expedia map points to the wrong location, but we were very happy when we got to our room. The onsen spa or public bath is in excellent condition with full coverage of all the amenities!"

"Our experience at Hotel Ryutouen was mixed. Our traditional Japanese-style room was great and the staff was overall very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the hotel's public bathing area. However, I would not be able to recommend this hotel to those traveling in Japan without a car. Here is why... The hotel listing says that "Free train station pickup" is available. Yet, when we called the morning prior to our arrival, we were told that we needed to confirm with them at least 3 days...
