"This hotel was modern and a great place to stay. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The staff spoke English, were polite, and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had both a rain shower and misting function. Parking was easy. A coupon for a complimentary cup of coffee was provided upon check in. Breakfast was good and the restaurant provided a pretty view of Sakura-jima. The only thing that was frustrating was the inability to change the temperature in the room. ...

"Location : just few mins walk away from tenmonkan Station. Conveniently located in shopping area. Donki is also just opposite! Room & facilities: bed is comfortable & nice amenities (skincare by DHC) available at the lobby. There is also water dispenser in the lobby Free breakfast is delicious as well Negative is only that the room given is right in front of the elevator so whole night i can hear the elevator bell ring. Very hard to sleep. Avoid room 211 at all cost!"
