"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

"Beautiful little place, nicely located and very peaceful. The owners are extremely helpful and nice - I can highly recommend."

"A beautiful home stay with views of sea and mountains. The owners helped arranging a tour of Taroko gorge and drove us to the train stain in the am. Without a car it is isolated but we enjoyed a walk to the beach."

"This is an excellent place to stay while exploring the east coast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is simple but with nice fresh fruit, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. "
