「We spent our Whitsun holidays at the JW Marriott Crete with our young kids and had a great time. The resort is beautiful, located right at the quiet end of Marathi Bay. It’s incredibly family-friendly—the staff were amazing with the children, and the kids' pool is perfect since it's shallow, warm, and shaded by a sun sail. 「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

The reasons I don’t rate with 5 stars: I asked for AirPort shuttle upon my arrival, but nobody showed up, room phone didn’t work and clean lady smacked my door really hard twice even though I out the do not disturb sign.」

「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」
