One of the best place I have stayed so far. Staff is so helpful and always smiling. Rooms were cleaned and nicely made. Got help with transportation. And also packed us lunch while checking out of the hotel

Personnel gentil, serviable et très pro. Très beau design de l'hôtel en général Chambre (105) avec une belle vue (mais je pense que c'est mieux pour les 102-103-104). Équipement très complet, on apprécie la piscine individuelle. Très bonne literie Spa agréable (jacuzzi et piscine intérieure). On n'a hélas pas pu profiter des massages faute de temps. Très bon petit déjeuner Avons passé un excellent moment avec des amis.

We loved our stay at Lagon life! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond the entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well kept, the private pool and balcony was gorgeous. Our position meant we had a perfect view of the sunset over Chania old town and harbour which was just perfect. We could spend the afternoon in the sun on the loungers, or the evening overlooking a beautiful view of the water and lights etc. The food was great too, a highlight being the amazing breakfast brought to your room. It's about 40 min walk from the old town, a quick taxi or there are 3x local busses which are very regular from just a short walk outside the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone going to Chania!

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was super modern, the breakfast each morning was amazing, and the staff was so nice. The hotel has free underground parking which is a perk. The location was great - away from the crowded city center. Having a private pool was very nice and relaxing with great views. The room was so clean and very tasteful. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return!

Mon séjour a été tout simplement exceptionnel. L'hôtel est niché dans un cadre magnifique, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et Chania. La tranquillité qui y règne est un véritable atout, permettant une déconnexion totale et un repos bien mérité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégamment décorées et dotées de tout le confort moderne. Le balcon privé avec piscine offrait un espace supplémentaire pour admirer le paysage. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours souriant et attentif, chaque membre de l'équipe s'est montré désireux de rendre mon séjour le plus agréable possible. Les installations de l'hôtel sont également un point fort avec l’espace bien-être. Le petit-déjeuner était un délice, avec un large choix de produits frais et locaux.

Totally disappointing – not five-star quality!

This hotel is a perfect example of style over substance — a modern look doesn’t make up for serious flaws and unprofessional service. The bathroom design is absurd: after a basic shower, water flooded half the room, and the toilet is separated only by a glass wall, which offers no privacy whatsoever. No intimacy, no comfort. At night, street noise made it impossible to sleep due to extremely thin walls. Calling reception resulted only in an offer of earplugs. I was promised a follow-up from the manager — no one ever called back. The next day, the manager showed up in person and made the situation even worse — arrogant, constantly interrupting, and unwilling to offer any real solution. On top of that, there were stained, dirty pillows on the bed (I have photos), and the hairdryer provided was a cheap, foldable travel model, completely unfit for a hotel claiming luxury status. This stay left a lasting sense of disappointment. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you value peace and professional treatment as a guest.
