Search Houseboats in Xinyi

huge, old-school, noisy, package-tour oriented hotel. felt like a throw back to a bye-gone age. Average food served in shifts. (However, nice Balinese restaurant trainees made us feel welcome).

My room overlooking the village's central area provided interesting views into local life. Breakfast was available at the hotel's modest restaurant across the street. Helpful staff showed me the ingredients so I could build my own breakfast since I could not complete their Chinese language menu. The bathroom had its own onsen tub, so I did not use the spa.

nice

One of the best places that I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!! Would definitely recommend this place ! The size of my room was nice and cozy.

The room space is large enough for a family. The bathroom is clean. The surrounded view is good.

Great breakfast

Excellent experience with family. Hot spring with calm environment,

The hotel has a more B&B feel and is certainly the best part of my trip apart from Sun Moon lake itself in Nantou. The decor is well though and brownie points for the bathroom. Everything looks luxurious and thoughtful. Room was large and equipped with everything what one needs. The location is near perfect, as one can see the distant lake right from the window (if you select Lake view). Its not far, and yet not very near. The last, but definitely the best part was the experience with the hotel...

This property is exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a wonderfully refreshing, subtle scent that sets a lovely tone. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout – from the elevators and corridors to the room and bathroom. A delightful surprise was the inclusion of Cha Tzu Tang (茶籽堂) shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which are high-quality, natural products. It truly elevated the stay! This B&B offers free parking in a...

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !

This wonderfully charming hotel has way more to offer than simply a unique architecture. The dinner (which is included in the price) is top quality European fare that would be impressive even in the finest Taipei restaurants. The nightly 'concert' is a free curated music medley played over one of the best hi-fi audio systems ever made (the vintage Focus Utopia with beryllium speakers), and smaller systems with a free classical CD library are available in the larger rooms. This is not just a...

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....
