The staff were friendly starting at check-in (the woman who checked us in was named Ruby I think?), and they even gave my son a free ice cream for his birthday. The place felt secure, as a guest card was needed at every major door. The room was clean and nice. The amenities were nice but not used- as the outdoor pool was not open yet. The continental breakfast was really nice; I appreciated the oatmeal bar. :)"
