「Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. 」

「Exceptional facility & friendly staff - greeted by the bellman, to front desk, the lounge, and housekeeping. Shout out to Ciera @ front desk (sorry if mispelled). Looked after our check-in, messaged later on to see if we settled in ok, and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. Would return again.」
