「Very nice and close to rink」

「Staff was courteous. Room was very comfortable. Wait to check in was a bit long, but we checked in at busy time.」

「Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good」

「Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. 」

「We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!」

「First overall impression was the property seemed well taken care of. Many maintenance items need to be addressed. Some hinges on closets broken and need repair. Most all entrance doors to rooms are rather unsightly with deep scratches and nicks probably from carts used in cleaning or maintenance. Room was clean but room and overall building has musty smell - needs continuing fresh scents to welcome stayers. A couple of the security doors were inoperative providing security issues. 「The room was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The orange juice was very watered down and connecting a fire stick to the TV was not easy to get to work and the volume would not go down. Admittedly this is something that not everyone is doing.」
