"雖然下訂是湖中2-4人房，但民宿卻表示是湖灰2-4人房（？？），但湖灰房型早晚滿具有風味的，惟民宿靠近湖邊，亦有蜘蛛網或小昆蟲，若害怕大自然的旅客，要稍微注意一下。
民宿提供早餐是現做，手藝也非常好。"

"住宿點外面車位被停滿，服務人員沒有清楚指示哪裡可以停車，最後停車點雖在住宿點對面，但路上車速很快，過馬路有點危險。
飲水機故障，僅冷水可用，但標示不清處。
不提供早餐，盥洗用具，車流聲超大，冷氣有點吵，隔音不佳，隔壁聊天聲音都聽得到，天花板掉漆，提供安博盒子，但沒有第四台，這樣的住宿品質卻要五千多塊，加上價錢因素，這樣的住宿體驗非常差。
最後，民宿證照僅標示核可3間，令人疑惑。"

"家人對民宿的印象還停留在10多年前，家常花花床單被套，看不出清潔與否，老闆自以為是的親切閒話家常，往往是話不投機半句多，因此我一向都只敢安排旅館飯店型的住宿。
來到湖畔46，以上這些你都不用擔心。"
