"Clean good air conditioning and friendly staff, they held our luggage for us even though we were too early to check in and we went to go eat at a local restaurant for lunch with out having to haul it all over "

"Conveniently located for the festival I was attending. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very friendly. However, not much to do around and barely no restaurant other than the one attached to the hotel. Guests tend to slam their door and it echos in the hallway We also had no soap in the bathroom upon check-in "

"It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up."
