"Floors were dirty. Room had a stale smell about it. Shower door, counters, and toilet bowl not properly wiped down. No evidence suggesting disinfectant had been used anywhere in that room. Drywall dust lingering on towel rack that hadn’t been wiped off after the renovation. Thin sheets, hard pillows, enormous window letting in all the light from the parking lot. Prehistoric sounding heater. "
